Today I slept until noon, because as I could. It is a very nice feeling to wake up at 7, and then go to sleep for another 5 hours.
When I finally woke up, I found that the mandolin strings I ordered last week had arrived. I put them on my instrument immediately, only to find that they were absolutely crap.. 2 of them snapped right away, and they buzzed terribly.. Oh well. I shall order some better ones as soon as this post is finished.
I just got back from work.. I picked up more hours, which is nice and also tiring.. One thing about my job which is nice is how easily it is to make new friends very quickly.. One thing which is not nice is how my feet hurt, and how I always seem to come home with lots of untraceable cuts and bruises.
Shaving is becoming increasingly difficult without hot water, so I must now go put the kettle on. please feel free to enjoy the rest of this post... Have fun.
